Kallen joined the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty, L.P.A. (KWGD) in 2022 as an Associate Attorney and is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment, Business and Litigation Sections. As a Stark County native, Kallen is also the Legislative Director of the Stark County Human Resources Association.

Professional Experience
- Litigation Defense practice including insurance defense, land use and zoning disputes, contract disputes, wrongful termination, and FLSA class action.
- Provides counsel and advice to employers regarding employee handbooks, layoffs, discipline, termination, harassment, ADA and FMLA compliance.
- Represents municipalities in civil rights violations, constitutional challenges to ordinances, and employment matters.
