Scott started with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. real estate title company, Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc., in 1999 while completing his undergraduate degree at Malone University. Scott then began his law career working as a law clerk with the firm while completing his law degree at the University of Akron. Scott is the President & Secretary of the firm’s real estate title company.

- Representation of clients before county boards of revision and Ohio Board of Tax Appeals regarding real estate valuation challenges
- Representation of clients as to mechanics’ lien rights and remedies
- Representation of lenders as to title insurance requirements for commercial and residential lending transactions
- Provide assistance to clients and the firm’s estate planning section regarding real estate title, including transfer on death designation affidavits
