TJ joined Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. in 2011, and became a director in 2018. TJ practices out of the Hudson, Canton, and New Philadelphia offices. He provides legal counsel and advice to corporate clients and individuals in various areas, including contract negotiations, lease negotiations, commercial disputes, employment practices and discrimination, litigation/dispute resolution, and corporate advocacy. TJ provides high-quality legal services, with a focus on providing practical and efficient advice.

  • Counsel clients in complex business and tort litigation, including handling trials and other dispute resolution proceedings, along with appellate practice in both state and federal courts
  • Provides representation to clients as general corporate counsel, including employment and non-competition agreements, supply, distribution, manufacturing and vendor agreements, standard terms and conditions for services or sale of products
  • Counsel clients in disputes concerning business contracts, tortious interference with contract, non-compete agreements, theft of company property, trade secret & confidential information
