Zach is a Director with the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. and focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, construction litigation, creditor’s rights and collections, property disputes, and evictions. He counsels clients in a wide array of industries and has represented clients in complex business, tort, and construction litigation in state and federal courts and commercial arbitration. Zach is experienced in providing a wide range of services, including representing clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and appellate oral arguments; conducting depositions; drafting pleadings and motions; and preparing and analyzing complex discovery.

Beyond his legal practice, Zach is involved in a number of community and charitable organizations. He currently serves as Vice President of the Jackson Rotary Club, is a board member at the North Canton Chapel, and is a member of the 37th Signature Class of Leadership Stark County.
