Earlier today, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued the poster/notice which can be used to satisfy your requirements under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. This Notice is accompanied by an FAQ which should address many of your initial questions about the poster and your requirements. Here are links to those documents:

Some highlights:
- You must post the notice in a conspicuous place (much like your other employment posters). However, if you have a large number of employees working from home, you can satisfy this requirement by emailing this notice to employees or posting this notice on an employee-accessible internal or external website.
- This notice requirement applies only to current employees. You need not send it to laid-off employees.
